How might mindfulness enrich our experience of Passover? Participants will leave with tools and techniques to bring to their own seder tables.

We will be led by Dr. Tova Markenson, a devoted mindfulness practitioner who teaches Jewish meditation nationally. Dr. Markenson holds a certificate in Jewish mindfulness meditation teaching from the Institute for Jewish Spirituality.
